我好久没有发自内心地讨厌一个人。
可他那个拽样就是让我看了不顺眼。
我很讨厌那个新来的钢琴师，叫Martin什么的。
第一次看见他就觉得这个人很自以为是，瞧不起人。
而且看他的样子特别鄙视我们之中的同志。
他妈的算什么人嘛。
同志有问题吗？
我们可是发自内心可爱到极点认真坦白面对自己的人类欸！
多少人能够像我们这样坦然？
嗯。
今天在歌唱团训练的时候发了小脾气。
不喜欢发脾气，因为身体会发抖，声音提高的时候喉咙都会被哽着。
可能是那位钢琴师所触发的杀气，才会让我把小事说得挺大声。
代指挥官没说清楚歌谱的节奏，我们高音部分一直出错。
但是我仔细地算了节奏，我们如果只按照歌谱的节奏，应该没错才对。
重唱了几遍，我才恍然，指挥官在某个地方放慢了两倍。
我问他是不是这个部分放慢，他只说依照歌谱走就没错了，没有放慢。
可明明就放慢了。
钢琴师就冲出了一句“那里是Rubato，应该跟着指挥官的临场节奏”。
还剩下19天的训练，我们没有时间耗费在‘不确定’的框框里。
音乐虽然是该靠感觉走，团员们也应该根据指挥官的临场感觉表达。
但是，一个组合里面不能有太大的不确定。
这样会造成不必要的‘迟疑’，然后就是凌乱的节奏。
什么地方该放慢，应该让团员知道那个地方是会慢下来的，得特别注意。
虽然速度可以临场表现，但是大概的速度应该说清楚。
没有必要让‘临场感觉’破坏了整个演唱会。
我知道歌谱里面常常会有‘Rubato’这样的标签。
如果是个人演奏，很容易表达。
但是一组二十多人的歌唱团，就非常难拿捏。
说什么‘我们如果要提升为高档次的合唱团，就必须学会看指挥官的临场指挥’。
OK，那是指‘假如我们每次都这样训练的话’。
现在离演唱会那么近，何必到这个时候才来说这种话？
现在最重要的，是把整个合唱团的声音一致化，以免变成笑话。
指挥官的责任是把对音乐的感觉，通过合唱团，传达给观众。
但也得靠指挥官与团员融洽的沟通。
不沟通，就很难了解指挥官的感想到底是什么。
这样也就很难把音乐呈现给观众了。
更何况，团员之中有许多不懂得看乐谱的团员。
指挥官不说，他们是永远搞不懂的。

1 12 月, 2006To be honest with you, the T1s was the only section that was out of sync with the rest of the choir. I believed we have always slowed down at that section of the song (listen to the Finale and you will understand why we must slow down). My point was not to deny that change in tempo, but rather, that I would like you guys to be more responsive towards my cues (we need to be less score-based at this point of time).
In short, the cause may have been: 1) You have been unable to join us for some time and hence was not properly updated in time for certain changes and 2) simply miscommunication.
I was just trying to be nice to stand in as conductor whenever Jason is not around, but I’m not perfect (and usually unprepared!), so please bear with me.
Anyway, Martin meant well, just that he may have used the wrong tone. It’s not nice to harbour hatred. Cool it ya? =)

2 12 月, 2006If it’s only me tat’s out of sync, I would agree cos I din turn up for prac for a long time. But the whole section din slow down, explains the fact that they dun understand either.
I’m not against you, just a bit frustrated cos the concert is near yet we havent come to a point where everyone knows what to do and when to sing.
Communication is the key to success.

2 12 月, 2006Ya, I’m used to Simon’s method too, since last Christmas and OST.
Not against him, but frustrated cos communication seems to be missing between the conductor and the members.
Good music comes from both parties. But communication is the key to doing better music.
As for Martin, just a personal preference over such people. Heh. DUN LIKE HIM.
Unless he proves me wrong in future. ;p
